Sap to Syrup Weekends
Join us for our third annual “Sap to Syrup” celebration at Beliveau Farm and try some real local Maple Syrup. We are collecting sap throughout the month and invite you all to join us as we boil it into delicious Maple Syrup on January 30 & 31 and February 6 & 7.
Yvan will lead a guided educational hike through the property and our Maple Trees followed by a wine tasting ($30 fee) or syrup tasting for non-drinkers ($15 fee). We will demonstrate how to tap trees, offer Maple food specials in addition to our regular menu, a Maple Ale Beer, and of course have our delicious wines available for tastings or by the glass and bottle.
This event is free and open to all ages, but we do require reservations for these dates to guarantee everyone is served safely and social distance is maintained. Groups are limited to no more than 10 individuals per state mandates.
