What should I expect?

Hundreds of vendors and millions of items. Over a dozen different food vendors, including the famous Lion Dog (if you have not tried one, you are missing out). Expect to have a ton of fun hunting for that rare items or the deal of the century. Although over 100 spaces are under roof, it is a largely an outdoor event. The terrain is varied from asphalt, gravel and grass.​

What time may I arrive?

The gates open to the public at 7:00 AM Saturday & Sunday.

​How do I get to the event?

Exit 98 off I-81, head north on VA-100 for two miles, NRV Fairgrounds is on the left. NRV Fairgrounds address is below for GPS use.

What if it is raining?

The event is rain or shine.

Is the event dog friendly?

You are welcome to bring your dog, but they must remain on a leash. You should consider that the crowd is large and the asphalt is hot, so make sure your dog is comfortable at this event. Please prepare to clean up after you pet and make sure you plan to be able to keep them watered and cool!

Why does your flea market charge admission?

The proceeds of this event flow to the promoter, the Dublin Lions. The Lions use these funds to provide for charitable and humanitarian efforts, such as eyeglasses for the needy and hunger relief in the community. The cost is only $1 and children 6 and under are free. There is no charge for parking.

I need help moving a large (heavy) purchase, what do I do?

The Pulaski County High School Band will have members located at the Bud Walsh Stage who will be able to assist. It is requested that if you use their service, please provide a donation to the band boosters.

Handicap? What is available?

Our event is does have much of the area accessible and fairly flat, however there are some areas that are gravel or hilly. Due to safety of all visitors, we do not allow any low CC scooters or golf carts (event staff only). Wheelchairs or electric mobility devices are fine. Please be responsible to keep yourself safe.

What if experience an emergency?

If you need assistance, you may go to the main gate and report it to the “Vendor Information” booth. If you need immediate assistance please dial 911 and then inform event staff so we may coordinate with emergency personnel.
