$628,220 to Virginia Tech for Cancer Detection
U.S. Congressman Morgan Griffith (R-VA) today announced that the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has awarded Virginia Tech a $628,220 grant for cancer detection and diagnosis research. Congressman Morgan Griffith (R-VA) issued the following statement:
“Early and regular cancer screening is essential before cancer has a chance to spread and cause death.”
