4H Camp Registration

We are collecting information for families who have a child or children interested in attending 2022 Junior 4-H Camp, which will be held at the W. E. Skelton 4-H Center Monday, June 27 – Friday, July 1.

This is not the official registration form.  Since we are still waiting on some guidance of how we will be conducting Junior 4-H Camp under COVID policies, we have decided to wait on official registration until we have more certainty about some of the specifics for operating camp.

Currently, we are planning to have camp at full capacity, but it is possible that could change.  Transportation will not be provided.  We will update you on the registration process as decisions are finalized.

Please complete this survey if you have a child or children who would like to attend camp this summer.  We will be sending the official camp registration procedures to families who have completed this survey first, prior to any other public announcement. The order that families complete this survey is irrelevant; this will only be relevant in the official registration (first come, first served basis) when that is released.

Complete a separate survey for each child who plans to attend camp.  Note: Camp is open to youth ages 9 to 14 as of September 30, 2022.
