4/5: Seminar for Caregivers

Commonwealth Senior Living at Christiansburg and Commonwealth Senior Living at Radford will be hosting a seminar for caregivers. The seminar, entitled “Coping Techniques for Caregivers,” will discuss hope to cope with caregiving stress when caring for a senior loved one.

Their care, health, safety, and happiness all rest on your shoulders, and sometimes that responsibility can be overwhelming. Join us for this free presentation to learn how to cope with caregiving stress. We’ll share tips and tools that you can use to make sure you keep yourself healthy and strong, so you can give your loved one the care they deserve.
