4/24: Lyme Warrior 5K

Lyme Warrior, a registered 501c3 nonprofit, is announcing its first Lyme Warrior 5k in Blacksburg, VA taking place at Eastern Divide Brewery on April 24th at 10:45am.

Join us for a run or walk ending in delicious food and drink at Eastern Divide Brewery where we will give away medals and local prizes after the race. Participants and supporters can gather as they are comfortable in their beautiful outdoor space and patio.

Lyme Warrior supports research aimed at curing Lyme Disease, providing resources for Lyme patients, supporting individuals who cannot afford treatment, spreading awareness, and sending boxes of toys to children with Lyme Disease.

Our work impacts warriors across the states of all ages, backgrounds, ethnicities, etc. Here is what one grant recipient said. “Thank you again, I cannot say this enough. I cried for a good hour after seeing the email that I received a grant. The appreciation I have for all that you guys do is unexplainable. I hope you know you’re saving lives each time you do this and providing information to a newly diagnosed person or providing financial and mental health help. I feel like I can’t even express everything in this moment.”
