2025 Claytor Lake Drawdown

Appalachian Power will be lowering the lake by 5 feet from Saturday, November 8, through Sunday, November 16, 2025. Friends of Claytor Lake will be actively collecting data during that time, which is crucial for mussel salvage efforts and continued lake drawdowns.
