2024 Real Estate Taxes Due December 5

Town of Blacksburg Real Estate Tax invoices for the second installment of 2024 have been mailed and are due by Thursday, December 5, 2024. If you have not yet received a tax statement, call the Department of Financial Services at 540.961.1105.

Payment may be mailed, placed in the drop box at 300 South Main Street, Blacksburg, paid by phone with a credit card, or paid online at www.blacksburg.gov/payments. Visa, MasterCard, and Discover are accepted.

A 10% penalty will be charged if not paid by December 5, 2024. Interest will be charged at the rate of 10% per year beginning January 1, 2025.
