10/23: Festival of the Dog

Blacksburg Parks and Recreation and New River Valley Kennel Club are happy to present the 2022 Festival of the Dog!

Join us outside on the fields of the Blacksburg Rec Center for demonstrations of dog sports, pet vendors, food trucks, a photo booth, games for owners and their dogs, and a silent auction all benefiting the Blacksburg Dog Park. 11 AM – 2:30 PM

ACTIVITIES
Participate in all event activities for a $5 donation to the Blacksburg Dog Park! Activities include:
– Canine Good Citizen Evaluations
– Trick Dog Evaluations
– Doggy Obstacle Course
-Costume Contest and Games

PARKING
The New River Rapids Flyball Tournament will be hosted in the Blacksburg Community Center (Spectators Welcome – Please follow all posted rules.) bit.ly/FlyballSpectators

Parking at Caboose Park and the far tennis courts is encouraged.
