Does it Work?

One of the most annoying and frequent commercials these days promotes a service offered at FinallyFast.com. While the commercials are about as poorly produced as those for the Clapper and ChiaPet, they target a large segment of the computer-using population. A quick glance at reviews online (just googling the FinallyFast.com name) turned up a lot of concerns.

"finallyfast.com is expensive, and not that great. I have heard that it has reoccuring fees to your credit card bill, and is hard to cancel. Try out trendmicro.com and go to housecalls, it is pretty decent and helping your computer speed up, and its for free."

"if you go to this site to "speed up your computer", you'll love the way it was BEFORE you went to the site"

"Whatever you dont buy from finally fast.com ,this site will charge a reocurring payment after you pay, if you need free software, ccleaner from ccleaner dot com is nice. clean hard disk & fix registry errors!"

"Purchased RegDefense and had problems downloaing. After downloading, my computer is not any faster than before. Emailed them twice with no responce. Ran 2 other RegDefense free down load tests after I bought RegDefense. One more expensive and one less expensive than what I purchased. They both showed 425 problems. Do not waste your time or money on this BS."

"Finally fast took more than 100.00 out of my account and I had every reason to believe it was 29.95 for the one service of speedscan. I tried for hours and days to contact them but still have heard nothing. I decided I better run virus scan despite having run it only a week prior. Two high risk threats, one being adwarebegin2search were on my computer. First time I ever had a high risk threat. Please advise all finallyfast customers to run virus scan. I’m afraid 100.00 is least of my worries!"

"Always looking for more speed, isn’t everyone? I tried their “free” scan which could only fix 50 of the 1264 problems found on my brand new notebook, didn’t buy their program. couldn’t access internet again. hard drive was running non stop for close to 15 minutes until I finally shut it off. Had to restore system to get any functionality. Run away from this scam!!!"

Having found NO positive comments on the program (or the commercial) we opted to recommend this as a DO NOT TRY.
