The Robinson Tract Community Improvement Club will have a country breakfast from 7 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Sausage, gravy, biscuits, scrambled eggs, juice, and coffee will be served. Proceeds benefit the club for improvments. For more information, call Bea Draper at 980-1963.

There will be a Biker Sunday at Max Meadows Pentecostal Holiness Church on Aug. 8 beginning with a pre-service "ride in" that will form at I81 Exit 80 McDonald's at 10:00 A.M.
   

08/08: Trinity Baptist Church Homecoming


The 58h Annual homecoming of Trinity Baptist Church will be held starting at 9:45 a.m on Aug. 8. The Rev. Kelly Howlett will deliver his message at 11 a.m. Special singing will be performed by Kenny and Sarah Farley. A meal will be served after worship service and a musical presentation will be held.
   

08/08: Beasley Reunion


The 32nd Annual Beasley Reunion will be held August 8 at the Laurel Rescue Squad Building in Carroll County beginning at 11:30 a.m., with lunch at 12:30 p.m. Bring a well-filled picnic basket. Plates, cups, napkins, forks, spoons, coffee and Kool-Aid will be provided. Door prizes will be given away.
   

08/01-6: Dublin Baptist Church VBS


Dublin Baptist Church, located at 100 Hawkins Street, will be holding their Saddle Ridge Ranch Vacation Bible School on Sunday, Aug. 1 with registration starting at 5:30 p.m.

Brush Arbor Assemblies of God Church, located at 410 Newbern Road, will be having Pastor Bobby Alley and Family from the Fort Chiswell area for morning worship at 10:30 a.m. and evening worship at 6:30 p.m. on Sunday, Aug 1.

The Dublin Presbyterian Church will be celebrating their 137th Homecoming with services on Sunday, Aug. 1 beginning at 11 a.m. The Rev. Jennette Tag will lead the service.
   

08/01-5: VBS at Fairlawn Grace Brethren


The Fairlawn Grace Brethren Church, located at 6893 Mills Avenue will hold their Son-Fest Rain Forest Vacation Bible School from August 1-5 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. There will be games, snacks, crafts, songs, and Bible lessons. Children’s 3-D Cartoon Illustration Class


The Fine Arts Center for the New River Valley will be hosting a Children's 3-D Cartoon Illustration Class on Saturday, July 31 from 11:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. Grades Pre-K through fifth are welcomed.
