Premier Transfer and Storage Announces Expansion

Premier Transfer and Storage, agent for Mayflower Transit, announces the relocation and expansion of its corporate headquarters to an office and warehouse facility located in the Blacksburg Industrial Park.

The new office space is located at 3101 Commerce Street. This location almost doubles Premier’s storage capacity, by providing additional warehouse space, and features an on site truck scale. The loading dock supports up to six tractor trailers simultaneously. Upgraded features improve Premier’s efficiency in daily operational tasks.

A local service provider equipped the new location with high-speed internet. Premier utilizes up-to-date technology for all aspects of its business – from in-home estimates to operations, along with order tracking and daily communication tasks. Improvements in technology allow prompt and accurate responses to customer needs. Premier Transfer and Storage’s corporate headquarters now accommodates operations to expand its logistics product line.

Premier is using its own employees, trucks and relocation supplies to move the company. The doors opened at the new location on February 6, 2012.
