O'Reilly Auto Parts Coming to Christiansburg

O'Reilly Auto Parts has made another move to expand its presence in the Roanoke Valley, which is the home of its competitor, Advance Auto Parts. Thalhimer, a Member of the Cushman & Wakefield Alliance, is pleased to announce the sale of approx. 1.23 acres located on Bypass Road at Route 24 in Vinton, Virginia. O’Reilly Automotive, Inc. purchased the parcel from Member One Federal Credit Union for $320,000 and plans to construct a 7,225 sq.ft. building for their use at this location. The retailer recently opened a store in Salem. It is also planning stores in Christiansburg and Roanoke.
