{mosimage}A replica of one of the most mysterious and studied elements of Bible history is on display this month in Rural Retreat.

Messiah's Mansion is a life-size replica of the Mosaic Sanctuary that God gave instructions to Moses to build in the wilderness. Everything is to scale and a copy of what it would have looked like to the children of Israel to the best of our knowledge. Through guided tours, people are able to see the plan of salvation and bring it to life with the visual aid of the sanctuary furniture.

The exhibit opened this week at the Rural Retreat Fairgrounds, just a couple of miles off I-81 at exit and will be open daily for tours Wednesday through Sunday from 1 to 7 pm,  through September 14th. Admission is free. The guided tour takes approximately an hour and fifteen minutes to complete.

Messiah's Mansion is a project of Oklahoma  Academy in Harrah, Oklahoma, and its visit to Rural Retreat is sponsored by thirteen area Seventh-day Adventist churches.  The exhibit has been on tour for six years across the United States.

For additional information or to schedule group tours, contact Roxy St.Clair at 276.699.6018 or Pastor Cox at 276.686.6365

Directions: From I-81, Exit 60 turn toward Rural Retreat, go straight through town approx. 3.5 miles to Rural Retreat Lake Road. Go right and follow to Fairgrounds on right.
